Google’s marketing head Lorraine Twohill reflects on her own unconventional journey and advises future leaders to explore diverse roles, skillsets, and experiences, rather than fixating on a set career trajectory.

TV ad volumes declined by 4% in 2024 compared to 2023

Older viewers tend to watch a lot more total TV than their younger counterparts, so the 75% U.S. viewers 65+ spend with linear TV adds up to a lot more hours. There is a similar trend in Thailand with all media types having greater total reach with older audiences than younger generations.

According to a TAM AdEx report, Hindustan Unilever was the top advertiser on television in 2024, with a 16% share of ad volumes.
