The Hershey Company’s President & CEO Michele Buck announces retirement

In a note, Michele Buck shared, "As I approach my ninth year as CEO of The Hershey Company, I have shared with the Board my view that now is the right time to begin the transition to the company’s next leader and that I therefore plan to retire in the summer of 2026. This extended timeline will ensure a seamless leadership succession while allowing the company to maintain full momentum on our strategic priorities as we plan for our next chapter."

Before joining Hershey in 2005, Michele Buck served 17 years at Kraft/Nabisco in numerous senior positions and at the Frito-Lay division of PepsiCo.

Criteo appoints Michael Komasinski as CEO

Komasinski brings over two decades of experience in AdTech and building brand and retail relationships globally. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to achieve exceptional results at global organisations, leveraging technology-driven strategies to drive profitable growth while cultivating an inclusive work environment.

Michael Komasinski will succeed Megan Clarken who is retiring and will be stepping down from her role as CEO and from the Board. Clarken will serve in a senior advisory role to ensure a smooth transition.

Angel One appoints Ambarish Kenghe as group CEO

A prolific inventor with four patents to his name, AK's academic journey includes an MBA from UC Berkeley, a master's degree in computer science from Purdue University, a master's degree in computer science and engineering from IIT Kanpur, and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from AMU.

In his previous role as Vice President and General Manager at Google Pay APAC, AK was instrumental in scaling Google Pay’s footprint and advancing the UPI ecosystem in India.

Hina Nagarajan to get global role at Diageo

Hina Nagarajan, current Managing Director and CEO of Diageo India, will transition into another position on Diageo’s Global Executive Committee after four years.

Unilever’s Anshul Asawa to be new CEO of DMart-parent Avenue Supermarts

Anshul Asawa began his career at Unilever in 1995 and held senior leadership roles of sales and marketing in the foods and refreshment business across multiple geographies in India He was also the marketing lead for popular tea brands in India.

Anshul Asawa’s role will be effective from March 15, 2025.
