Lotte Wellfood announced plans to merge its Indian subsidiary Lotte India and Havmor Ice Cream. It also plans to set up a new ice-cream production facility for Havmor with an investment of Rs 400 crore in Pune.

Prasar Bharati has also introduced a 75% alignment rule wherein 75% of all content should belong to the genre and language that is declared by the bidder during the application.

The deadline for sending applications is August 12. Pubcaster mentions revenue-sharing agreement where 65% of net revenue generated from ads will go to the channel and 35% to Prasar Bharati.
