Bombay High Court restrains Apollo Tyres from “defamatory” ad against CEAT

The injunction, passed by Justice Mini Pushkarna, was granted ex parte and aims to prevent Alpino from spreading allegedly negative portrayals of oats on social media or other platforms.

The Bombay High Court further found that the Visual Commercial (VC) aired by Apollo Tyres was “prima facie” derogatory and disparaged CEAT’s product.
