Exclusive: Mumbai Police freezes ‘No Objection Certificates’ for OOH hoardings

The BMC’s guidelines for hoardings state that no illuminated, digital, LED, or LCD advertisements shall be permitted without an NOC from the Mumbai Traffic Police Department.
