But a quiet revolution is brewing. Forward-thinking B2B companies are realizing that trust, not flash, is the key to building a powerful brand in the business world.

Take Spotify, for example. Everyone knows their “Wrapped” campaign that summarizes user listening habits at the end of the year. It’s a cultural phenomenon in the B2C space.
