Following a six-month long competitive pitch, Omnicom Media Group has successfully retained the media planning and buying account of banking major HSBC.
Omnicom-owned PHD Media had been handling the British Bank’s media planning and buying since 2018. In October last year, HSBC initiated a global review of its media account.
Leading WPP media investments firm Mindshare handled the media planning and buying of the global bank for 13 years before they switched to Omnicom in 2018.
