TRAI releases consultation paper on terms, conditions of network authorisations under Telecom Act

The TRAI recommendations follow a request from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) in January 2024, seeking revised recommendations on M2M communication policies, particularly related to spectrum, roaming, and service quality requirements.

TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) has sought comments from the stakeholders on authorisation for telecom, satellite, cloud-hosted networks under the Telecommunications Act, 2023.
