"Burnout is not about the number of hours we spend working. Burnout is linked to not enjoying what you're doing. If you enjoy what you do, if you find purpose in it, then even if you work for 18 hours, you won't burn out. But if you’re not enjoying what you're doing, then I think one must pursue something new," highlighted Tata Technologies' Santosh Singh.
