IDBI Bank appeals before NCLAT against ZEE-Sony merger

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) has reportedly sold its prime real estate asset in Hyderabad’s upscale Jubilee Hills area for Rs 99.3 crore.
