PepsiCo, American multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation has promoted Tarun Bhagat to a new role. Bhagat is armed with an experience of 19 years and has worked across LG Electronics and United Breweries.
Puneet Chandok
Previous: President, India and South Asia, Amazon Web Services
Puneet Chandok is all set to move on from his respective role by August 31, a media report cites. Vaishali Kasture, who at present heads enterprise, mid-market and global business at the IT service management company will step into his shoes as the interim leader.
Chandok is armed with an experience of over two decades and he has worked across Hewitt Associates, Ocwen Financial Corporation, IBM and McKinsey & Company.
Anshul Garg

Present: Managing partner and head – Publicis Commerce India, Publicis Groupe
Anshul Garg has been appointed by Publicis Groupe in a new role for Publicis Commerce India. In his new role, Garg will advance the Groupe’s commerce offerings further, drive both strategy, implementation and connect data, technology, and brand experience with commerce for optimum results.
Garg is armed with an experience of 18 years and has worked across The Coca-Cola Company, PwC, All e Technologies, Wipro Consulting and KPMG.
Sangeetha Mahadevan
Previous: Head of content and partnerships, OMG Unite, Omnicom Media Group
Present: Managing partner – head of content and partnerships, Omnicom Media group UK
Sangeetha Mahadevan will lead a new role at Omnicom Media Group UK. Mahadevan comes with an experience of 16 years and has worked across Goldman Sachs, Star India, Wavemaker and The Story Lab.
Rahul Pansare
Previous: Head – marketing and public relations, Stellantis
Present: head of marketing, Skoda India
Automobile company Skoda India has appointed Rahul Pansare as head of marketing. He will be resuming his new role starting June 5. Pansare has an experience of 24 years and has worked across Fiat India, Shaw Wallace, Philip Morris, Reliance BIG Entertainment and Volkswagen India.
Navnit Nakra
Previous: Chief executive officer, OnePlus India
Navnit Nakra has stepped down from his position at OnePlus India, as per media reports. Nakra is armed with an experience of 21 years and has worked across Citi and Apple.
Cassio Simoes
Present: Managing director, South Asia, Tetra Pak
Food processing and packaging solutions company Tetra Pak has appointed Cassio Simoes to the role of managing director for South Asian markets. He took over the role on June 1 and succeeded Ashutosh Manohar who announced retirement. Simoes comes with an experience of 25 years and started off working at Valeo.
Adarsh Atal

Present: Chief creative officer, Tilt Brand Solutions
Tilt Brand Solutions promotes Adarsh Atal to a new role. Atal has been with Tilt Brand Solutions since 2019 and has played a pivotal role on some of Tilt’s most popular work, notably on Dream11, Groww, Kenko, Licious, Livspace, Myntra, PhonePe, Shopsy and many others. He has an experience of more than a decade and he has worked at MullenLowe Lintas Group in different capacities.
Dilpreeta Vasudeva
Previous: Head of marketing, Meta
Dilpreeta Vasudeva joins a growing list of executives from the senior leadership team who were affected by layoffs at Meta. Recently, members of the senior leadership such as Avinash Pant, director of marketing for India, and Saket Jha Saurabh, director of media partnerships, were also among those who were affected by the layoffs.
Vasudeva is armed with an experience of two decades and has worked across Radisson, Tech Mahindra, Times Internet, Microsoft Corporation, Tata Play, Reliance Industries and Bharti Enterprises. Further, she also was the founder of CMO Access, a new-age solution for accelerating growth and embracing transformation.
Neha Singh
Present: Group business head, Enormous
Advertising agency Enormous has brought Neha Singh on board as the group business head. She will be based out of Mumbai, and in her new role, will be in charge of the agency’s large businesses and build strategic capabilities for all existing businesses. As per media reports, she has held stints for longer durations at FCB Ulka Group and JWT.
Amritansu Nanda
Previous: Chief marketing officer, Zepto
As per a media report. Amritansu Nanda has moved on from his position. Nanda is armed with an experience of 15 years and has worked across Zomato, Webaroo, toonatoes.in, Delhivery, Monsoon Capital, Goldman Sachs, Ziptest, Pepperfry and FACES Cosmetics India.
Ashish Dhandar
Previous: Senior manager marketing and brand communication, Zuno General Insurance
Present: Chief marketing manager, Zuno General Insurance
Insurance company Zuno General Insurance has promoted Ashish Dhandar to the role of chief marketing manager. Dhandar comes with an experience of 16 years and has worked across Indus Towers, Alakh Advertising & Publicity, White Flag Media & Communications, ItzCash Card, Reliance General Insurance and AU Small Finance Bank.
Jay Morzaria

Present: Creative head, Rephrase.ai
Text-to-video generating platform Rephrase.ai has roped in Jay Morzaria as creative head. Morzaria has an experience of more than a decade and has worked across Bright Outdoor Media, Ogilvy & Mather, Meter Down, Tonic Worldwide, Wavemaker, atom network, The Glitch, Schbang and Spring Marketing Capital.
