Mondelez International has brought Samir Jain on board as the president for the India region. He will step into his new role starting from August. Jain takes over from Deepak Iyer, who was promoted to the position of executive vice president (EVP) and president, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA).
Prerna Mehrotra
Present: Chief client officer, Dentsu
Dentsu has appointed Prerna Mehrotra as chief client officer for the APAC region, which expands her current orbit as chief executive officer, media, APAC. Mehrotra comes with an experience of more than two decades and has worked across Madison Communications, MindShare, ZenithOptimedia, Starcom, Dentsu Aegis Network and Carat.
Roopali Sharma, Harbir Singh, Saurabh Jain, Manish Sharma, Sanchita Roy, and Rohan Chincholi, Havas Media Group India
Roopali Sharma and Harbir Singh Roopali Sharma have been appointed as president – North 1 and North 2. In their new roles, they will strengthen client partnerships, profitability, and business relations.
Saurabh Jain has been promoted as the president of the southern region. South, which is the key market for the agency, Jain will be responsible for scaling up the momentum and growth of Havas Media Group’s success.
Manish Sharma has been promoted as the managing partner for the Western region. His responsibilities will include making important contributions to the agency’s success.
As the chief strategy officer, Sanchita Roy will drive strategic innovation and growth to the next level for the clients and agency. Rohan Chincholi who is the managing partner – digital services will strategise on expanding and enhancing the agency offerings and outcomes.
Ravi Kunwar

Present: Vice President – India, Vietnam and Indonesia, HMD Global
Ravi Kunwar’s new role is vice president – India, Vietnam and Indonesia at Nokia’s parent company, HMD Global. Kunwar comes with an experience of more than two decades and has worked across Samsung Electronics, Whirlpool, Nokia and Microsoft.
Adarsh Menon
Previous: Senior vice president and head – new businesses (Shopsy I Cleartrip I ReCommerce), Flipkart
As per reports, Adarsh Menon has moved on from his respective role to start his own venture. It is also mentioned that Flipart’s chief executive officer, Kalyan Krishnamurthy plans to restructure the team.
Menon comes with an experience of 19 years and has worked across Hindustan Unilever where he started off as an area sales and customer manager. He spent 11 years there, and from there, he joined Flipkart as the vice president – electronics and auto.
Manish Chopra
Previous: Director and head of partnerships, Meta India
Manish Chopra has moved on from his respective roles. Chopra, who served for 4.5 years at Meta, is armed with more than three decades of experience. He has worked across Crompton Greaves, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Intiqua, Oracle, Microsoft, Zovi.com and Little Internet.
Sujata Dwibedy

Present: Chief investment and trading officer, Dentsu International
Dentsu International has promoted Sujata Dwibedy as chief investment and trading officer. Dwibedy is armed with an experience of more than two decades and has worked across Lodestar Universal, Nielsen India, Starcom MediaVest Group, Omnicom Media Group, Carat India and Amplifi India.
Divyanshu Bhadoria

Present: Chief strategy officer, Rediffusion
Rediffusion has roped in Divyanshu Bhadoria as chief strategy officer. Bhadoria has an experience of 11 years and has worked across Reliance Broadcast Network, Komli Media, Creativeland Asia, DDB Mudra Group and TBWA\Media Arts Lab.
Bhavesh Gupta
Present: President and chief operating officer, Paytm
Paytm has elevated Bhavesh Gupta to the role of president along with his existing role as the chief operating officer. Gupta is armed with an experience of more than two decades and he has worked across Apple finance, Transamerica Apple distribution finance, ICICI Bank, IDFC Bank and Clix Capital.
Amit Bidholia

Digital marketing agency Three% Collective has brought Amit Bidholia on board as the business head. He will be based out of Delhi and his responsibilities will include spearheading the agency’s growth and the retention of clients.
He comes with an experience of two decades and has worked across Convergys, Vdopia, Cleartrip, General Motors, Essence, CarToq, Havas Media Group and Alchem International.
Kranti Gada

Kranti Gada has stepped down from her position to start her own venture ‘neOwn’. Gada has an experience of more than 15 years and has also worked across Pepsico India. Her skills span across strategy, entrepreneurship, setting up and operationalising new businesses.
Gurvinder Singh Sahni

Present: Chief marketing officer, Persistent Systems
Persistent Systems has roped in Gurvinder Singh Sahni as chief marketing officer. In this role, he will be responsible for leading and setting the strategic vision for the company’s global marketing team. Sahni is armed with an experience of more than two decades and has worked across Spectramind, Wipro Spectramind, ValUServ International, In Touch Solutions (Hutchison Essar), Appirio and Wipro.
Rishi Sen
