Kellogg India has appointed Vinay Subramanyam as the head of marketing for its business in India and South Asia markets, which are Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Maldives. In his role, Subramanyam will be responsible for scaling category development, driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the organisation’s brand and marketing initiatives. Subramanyam stepped into his new role in April and will be based in Mumbai, India. He is armed with an experience of over two decades and has worked across VIP Industries, General Mills and Britannia Industries.
Tejas Chaudhari

Present: Performance marketing lead – e-commerce, Unilever
Unilever has elevated Tejas Chaudhari as the performance marketing lead – e-commerce. His responsibilities will include leading performance marketing for e-commerce and omni business, and handling media investments. Chaudhari is armed with an experience of more than a decade and has worked across Audi India, Lodha Group, Quantastic and Tata CLiQ.
Rajeshwari Srinivasan

Garment company FabIndia has brought Rajeshwari Srinivasan on board as chief executive officer. Srinivasan steps into the shoes of Viney Singh, who announced his retirement. She comes with an experience of over three decades and has worked across Rallis India, Tata Consumer Products and The Indian Hotels Company.
Kapil Batra

Present: National creative director, Wieden + Kennedy
Wieden + Kennedy has appointed Kapil Batra as the national creative director where he will look after the agency’s Delhi operations.
Over the two decades that he has spent in the industry, Batra has been responsible for campaigns such as PayTM Karo, the Share a Coke campaign (Friend Request & Landlord), the awarded Dettol soap bubbles activation, the Rudali campaign for Radio Mirchi, the PayTM Sweet Change activation and work for brands like Yatra.com, Maggi, Domino’s Pizza, Alpenliebe, Chlormint, Happydent, Flipkart and Star Sports.
Akanksha Shamwani

Present: Lead – technology and product marketing – 5G, Jio
Jio has appointed Akansha Shamwani as lead – technology and product marketing – 5G. Shamwani comes with an experience of more than a decade and has worked across Capgemini, Sony Pictures Network India, Viacom18 and MX Player.
Dalveer Singh and Ajay Mehta
Previous: head of experiential marketing – APAC and managing director of iTV – GroupM and Kinetic
GroupM India announced that Dalveer Singh, head of experiential marketing, Dialogue Factory – APAC will be stepping down from his role to pursue other interests. Ajay Mehta, managing director of GroupM’s iTV and Kinetic will now take over Dialogue Factory’s rural and experiential offerings along with the out-of-home offerings i.e., Cinema and OOH.
Singh is armed with an experience of more than a decade and has worked across Ogilvy Outreach and Reliance ADAG. Mehta comes with an experience of 25 years.
