Anuradha Razdan, who was the executive director and CHRO, Hindustan Unilever and Unilever, South Asia, has been elevated to the role of CHRO for the beauty and wellbeing category. Razdan has also been appointed as the Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Unilever.

Razdan, who is a graduate in economics from Ferguson College, Pune and holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, started her innings in Unilever in 1999 and held various roles over the decades. As the strategy director to CHRO, Unilever, she served as HR & People Strategy Director to Doug Baillie, Chief Human Resources Officer, Unilever.
She also led a key Global HR Transformation project to raise the strategic contribution of the HR function to the business. Her other responsibilities included partnering the CHRO to manage careers and succession for senior HR Talent and heading the HR Academy to deliver a global curriculum to raise the capability of the HR function.
Razdan worked at Unilever’s headquarters in London for six years, first as executive assistant to the former CHRO, followed by a four-year stint as vice president HR, Home Care, where she shaped the organisational and cultural transformation of the business globally to be more agile and consumer connected.
She has strong M&A experience, having worked with the Unilever Prestige business and has also led the Global Talent Attraction and Employer Brand agenda for Unilever.
