Sidharth Parashar, who led Mindshare as chief investment officer, has co-founded Nestassured Realty. Parashar said, “After a fulfilling 25-year journey in media, including incredible 20 years with GroupM India and Mindshare APAC, I am thrilled to announce my new venture in Real Estate Consulting: Nestassured Realty, a boutique firm based in Gurgaon.”
Parashar has partnered with Aveen Dhall to co-found Nestassured Realty, which is billed as “a premier RERA-licensed consultancy dedicated to empowering clients on their investment journeys.” He said, “We collaborate with top developers to deliver customized strategies and premium opportunities.”
He further added, “To simplify the complexities of real estate for our clients, we deploy cutting-edge Property-Tech solutions and AI-driven analytics. Our focus is on transforming client engagement beyond traditional CRM systems through world-class tools and processes, enhancing operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and transparency.”
Parashar started his career as a media planner at Universal McCann and went on to work across Madison Communications, Optimum Media Solutions, Wavemaker and GroupM.
